This page is the public web resource for requesting deletion of a Getcovery customer account, including after uninstalling the mobile app.
Request account deletion
If you can sign in, use the Delete Account option in your web account or the Getcovery mobile app. If you no longer have the app installed, email our data protection team from this page using the registered email address for your Getcovery account.
What to include
- Your registered Getcovery account email address.
- Your full name, if different from the email account.
- A short statement that you want to delete your Getcovery customer account and associated personal data.
What happens next
- We will handle your request without undue delay and within one calendar month.
- We may ask for reasonable verification if we cannot confirm the account from your email.
- Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud, safety, tax, accounting, or claims obligations.
